Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.

During peak periods, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. You’ll receive an email once your order has shipped.

 

Delivery Times & Rates

United Kingdom 

  • Standard (Royal Mail Tracked 48): 2–4 business days.

  • Express (Royal Mail Tracked 24): 1–3 business days.

  • Free Standard Delivery available on qualifying orders


     

Europe

  • Tracked International Delivery: Typically arrives within 5–11 business days


North America (US & Canada)

  • Tracked International Delivery: Typically arrives within 7–17 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate.

Orders confirmed as lost will be replaced or refunded.

 

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by their destination country.

We do not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.

 

Order Changes

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes.
