Processing Time

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate.
Orders confirmed as lost will be replaced or refunded.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes imposed by their destination country.
We do not control these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Order Changes
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes.
